BookMyWater App – Terms & Conditions

 
* Wallet Recharge Policy
 
  • To ensure a smooth ordering experience, customers are required to recharge their wallet first before placing an order.
  • The order amount (including jar deposit and water cost) will be automatically deducted from the wallet balance.
  • Please maintain sufficient balance to avoid order delays.


1. Jar Deposit Policy
  • A refundable jar deposit is collected for each new order:
    • H2U Water Plus (pH 8+) – ₹200 per jar
    • NewAge Alkaline Water (pH 9.5+) – ₹300 per jar
       
  • Example:
    If your first order includes 2 jars of H2U Water Plus (pH 8+), the total will be:
    • Jar Deposit (₹200 × 2) = ₹400
    • Water Cost (₹200 × 2) = ₹400
    • Total = ₹800
       
2. Subsequent Orders & Wallet Refunds
 
  • When you place your next order, the system again includes jar deposit charges.
  • Once our delivery executive collects the empty jars from your previous order, the corresponding deposit amount (₹200/jar for H2U or ₹300/jar for NewAge) will be credited to your in-app wallet.
  • This process continues in the same cycle for all future orders.

     
3. Jar Return & Condition
  • Please return jars in clean, hygienic condition.
  • Caps must be returned with the jars.
  • Missing or damaged caps will incur a ₹20 fine per cap.
  • If jars are found broken, cracked, or unhygienic, the deposit amount will be forfeited.

     
4. Delivery & Pickup
  • Delivery is available only in active service areas shown in the BookMyWater App.
  • Empty jar pickup happens at the time of new delivery or within the next scheduled slot.
  • Customers are requested to keep jars ready for collection to ensure smooth service.

     
5. Wallet & Refunds
  • Jar deposit refunds will be made only through wallet credit within the app.
  • Wallet credits can be used for future orders only and are non-withdrawable.
  • Refunds for jar deposits are subject to proper jar and cap return.

     
6. Product & Pricing
  • Prices of water and deposits may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes (if any) will be added at checkout.
  • All payments must be made digitally via the BookMyWater App.

     
7. Responsibility of Customer
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining jar hygiene and safe handling.
  • In case of loss, damage, or non-return of jars, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
  • Please ensure accurate delivery address and contact number for smooth service.

     
8. Company Rights
  • BookMyWater reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any policy without prior notice.
  • Any misuse of service, wallet, or jars may lead to account suspension.
