At BookMyWater, we’re committed to delivering pure, fresh, and alkaline drinking water to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
 

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within selected areas of Bengaluru. You can check delivery availability in your area by entering your pin code on the BookMyWater App before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM will typically be delivered within 2–4 hours, depending on your location and delivery slot availability.

• Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or high demand.
   

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery charges may apply based on your location and order volume.

• Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before confirming your order.
   

4. Jar Return Policy

• A refundable jar deposit is applicable for reusable jars:

  • H2U Water Plus pH 8+ – ₹200 deposit per jar

  • NewAge pH 9.5+ – ₹300 deposit per jar

• The deposit will be refunded when the jars are returned in good condition.
   

5. Delivery Verification

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

• Our delivery executive will verify your name, contact number, and order ID before handing over the jars.
   

6. Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, you may be contacted to reschedule delivery.

• Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
   

7. Eco-Friendly Deliveries

We proudly use Mahindra Electric Vehicles (EVs) for our deliveries to promote clean and green transportation.
