Refund Policy

BookMyWater App – Refund Policy

Thank you for using BookMyWater App. We strive to deliver safe, fresh, and high-quality alkaline drinking water to your doorstep. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for wallet recharges, jar deposits, and product orders.

1. Wallet Recharge Policy

  • All wallet recharges made in the BookMyWater App are non-refundable.

  • Wallet balance can only be used for placing future water orders.

  • Please ensure the correct recharge amount before proceeding with payment.

  • In case of duplicate recharge or failed transaction, please contact our support team with transaction details for verification.



2. Jar Deposit Refunds

  • A refundable jar deposit is collected with every new order:

    • H2U Water Plus (pH 8+) – ₹200 per jar

    • NewAge Alkaline Water (pH 9.5+) – ₹300 per jar

  • Once our delivery executive collects the empty jars in good condition (with caps), the corresponding deposit amount will be credited back to your in-app wallet.

  • Refunds are processed only via wallet credit, not bank transfer or cash.

  • Jars returned in damaged, cracked, or unhygienic condition will not be eligible for refund.

  • Missing caps will incur a ₹20 fine per cap, deducted from the refundable amount.



3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing them, if the delivery has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once the order is accepted and out for delivery, cancellation or refund will not be allowed.

  • For any delay or cancellation by BookMyWater due to stock or logistic issues, the full amount will be refunded to your wallet.

     

4. Quality or Service Complaints

  • If you receive damaged, leaking, or low-quality water jars, please report within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • After verification, refund or replacement will be processed to your wallet.

  • BookMyWater reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on inspection and delivery records.

     

5. Mode of Refund

  • All eligible refunds will be credited to your BookMyWater Wallet within 3–5 business days after verification.

  • Wallet refunds can be used for future orders but are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
